Guidelines for Meditation

 *Swami Bhaskarananda is head of the Vedanta Society of Western Washington. He will be visiting the Vedanta Center from September 18 to 20. Please join us for satsang following arati and evening meditation during his visit.

**Swami Swahananda is the spiritual head of the Vedanta Center, as well as of the Vedanta Society of Southern California. He will be visiting the Vedanta Center from September 19 to 27. Please join us for satsang and potluck dinner following our evening arati and meditation while he is here.

 

 

Ram Nam

Saturday, September 11

Monthly Ram Nam will be held at the Center on September 11 at 7:30 PM, immediately after our evening worship service and meditation. All are invited to stay for potluck dinner following the program.
