DATE       :           Saturday, September 1 and Sunday, September 2, 2007

TIME        :           9:00 a.m. Saturday to 3:30 p.m. Sunday (Retreat registration and room check-in will be

                              Saturday morning from 9:00 to10:00 in the Windsor Hall Auditorium)

PLACE     :           The New Windsor Conference Center – a beautiful hilltop location in New Windsor, MD

 We are honored to have Swami Sridharananda, Head of the Vedanta Centre of Sydney (Australia), conduct our annual two-day retreat this Labor Day weekend. Swamiji will speak on “Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother, and Swami Vivekananda in the Light of the Scriptures.”

 The New Windsor Conference Center needs to know no later than Wednesday, August 1^st  how many participants will be attending our Retreat.

 PLEASE NOTE:  In order to maintain a cohesive retreat group and to ensure smooth operations and unity, it is requested that you attend both days of the retreat and stay at the facility in New Windsor. The very reasonable registration fee includes the facility costs, all meals, daily coffee/tea service, and the Retreat.

 REGISTRATION FEE:

• Single room for Saturday night - $150 (includes lunch & dinner Saturday, and breakfast & lunch on Sunday)

• Double (shared) room for Saturday night - $125 per person (includes lunch & dinner Sat., & breakfast & lunch on Sun.)

• Single room for Friday and Saturday nights - $220 (includes breakfast, lunch & dinner Sat., and breakfast & lunch on Sun.)

• Double (shared) room for Friday and Saturday nights - $195 per person (includes breakfast, lunch & dinner Sat., and breakfast & lunch on Sun.)

 • One day only (no lodging) - $75 per person (includes lunch)

• Two days (no lodging) - $110 per person (includes Saturday and Sunday lunch) 

 Registration will be on a first-come basis.  PLEASE NOTE: The retreat facility is very strict about their deadlines. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, August 1^st.  Please make your check payable to “Vedanta Center of Greater Washington, DC” and send it, along with the completed and signed registration form, to the Vedanta Center of Greater Washington, DC.
